Responsible for the commodity of plastic parts, sub assemblies, foam and rubbers. - Supplier development. - Corrective actions follow up with suppliers. - Supplier metrics monitoring, corrective actions definitions. - New Equipments, tooling & process introduction and validation. - APQP process for purchased parts for new projects. - Material approvals PPAP's / ISIR's - Supplier continuous improvement. - Supplier process audits according to VDA 6.3

Analyze, evaluate and pursue quality problems caused by materials and/or suppliers in order to achieve an acceptable quality level in the provisions (raw material) for the company.

Responsible for the ISO 9001 quality system on board of the designated platform located in the Gulf of Mexico. Responsible for the internal and external audits, staff training, document control, follow up on the corrective and preventive actions implemented.
