 Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and documents (such as mine offtake agreement, Pre-financing agreement) in accordance with compliance and legal requirements.  Advising traders, controllers, traffic in contractual matters of the daily business.  Participation in working groups regarding Incoterms, product liability or anti-trust law.

 Support the General counsel and the Deputy General Counsel with all aspects of strategic corporate development transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, closing mechanics and post-closing integration and administration.  Updating the corporate records of the company worldwide.  Legal research and document production in response to internal and external request.

 Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (such as facility management, distribution, consortium agreement, software development agreement) for the head office and affiliated companies.  Advising and support of the different departments relating to competition law, consumer law, industrial and property law.  Handling of pre-litigation and follow up of litigation in co-operation with the barristers of the group.  Active participation in working groups regarding the drafting of standard
