Paint shop Director •Managed all activities in paint shop in Production, Engineering and Maintenance to achieve all Business Plan Deployment. •Managed staffs approximated 500 peoples for both 2 Paint shops •Improved Paint First time Quality (FTQ) at Finesse line from 70 % to 90 %
