Responsible for the deployment of R&D AI tools within the Product Line (PL). AI strategist for the development of AI tools dedicated to system engineering (at division level). Operational excellence: support for several projects (system-software-system validation). Coach and trainer for project system-leaders and requirement managers.

Team leader for project system-leaders, system-architects, function owners and requirement managers (~40 engineers in Germany, France, Hungary, India, China, Egypt and Japan). Supervised activities: system, cybersecurity and safety. System process owner (SYS2-SYS3) for the PL. Process-Committee member for the Business Group Brain (BG)

Acting as project system-leader for the development of a HUD (Head Up Display). Technical project lead, main contact with customer, responsible for R&D L2 planning, system L3 planning, risk management and problem resolution. Accountable for the system deliveries (included safety and cybersecurity).

Acting as co-project manager for a RFQ on SWS (Steering Wheel Switches). Management of the R&D and industrial teams in China – Quality, purchasing and sales in France. Main contact for the customer. RFQ stopped by the customer in June.

Functional management for the system-architects, function owners and requirement managers (8 engineers in Germany, France, Hungary, China and Egypt). System process owner (SYS2-SYS3) for the PL. Responsible for the trainings inside the PL.

Team leader for all R&D disciplines (system – software – hardware – mechanics – optics – thermic – testing) for the pre-development/development of HUD and steering column modules. Technical referent of the project, main contact with customer, responsible for R&D L2 planning, cost development, risk management and problem resolution. Accountable for the R&D deliveries (including samples and parts).

Leader of EEA development for the new CMP modular platform. Responsible for delivering adapted EEAs for all A & B segments vehicles. Operational manager of the dedicated EEA design teams: system team – safety team – electrical architecture team – electronic architecture team (140 engineers). Technical coordination, stakeholder alignment and monitoring of the activities (system and safety specifications, electrical network, electronic topology, EE parameters and configuration…).

Responsible for delivering adapted electrical architecture for all A & B segments vehicles. Operational manager of the electrical design teams: safety team – electrical architecture team (70 engineers). Technical coordination, stakeholder alignment and monitoring of the activities (Battery, alternator and harness dimensioning, SOC management, hybridization…). Process owner for project leader activities. Responsible for the training of the international project leaders in China and Brazil.

Development of new complex system for several features (car wake-up and engine start, stop and start system, antitheft system …). Creation of the functional/logical architecture and the physical architecture. Specification of system requirements and validation of models based on these specifications. Creation of test cases and follow-up of system validations. Involved in the elaboration of the System-FMEA. CMMi level 3 reached by the team in 2009.

Specification of functional requirements for several features (fuel consumption, instrument cluster information, climate system…). Creation of test cases and follow-up of validations. Involved in the elaboration of the System-FMEA.
