Ensuring a commercially successful project execution during the time of the global pandemic, facing supply chain blockages, labour shortages and unavailability of key means for construction and installation. Building a strong relationship with a new key supplier to further diversify the Ørsted supply chain in the Far East.

Responsible for the complete sourcing process, from go-to-market strategy to contract negotiation, for two Offshore Substations from the Asian market for the Greater Changhua Windfarm in Taiwan. Coordination of the tender team, consisting of engineers and planners, to ensure contracting on time and below budget. In charge of preparing and delivering the decision making documentation to encourage the Ørsted organization to push the boundaries by contracting in a new market for the offshore wind industry.

Holistic project management of Mærsk Line and Svitzer newbuilding projects in close coordination with internal stakeholders from Technical, Commercial, Finance and Strategy departments Sharing the team's responsibility as Supplier Relationship Owner for key strategic shipyards in China and South Korea Responsible for the creation of quarterly shipbuilding industry and fleet reports for the APMM Board of Directors Business Process Owner for various ambitious IT development projects within the Chartering Team

Managing go-to-market, tendering, negotiation and contracting process for vessel investments with a total value of USD 420m Project management support for Business Development activities

Managing high value (USD 10m+) CAPEX sourcing projects in close collaboration with the Category Managers within various Marine, Container Terminal and raw material related categories Leading process improvement initiatives
