Helping the company to expand to international markets: * Managing Due Diligence Processes. * Defining road maps for project implementations. * Negotiating with investors their terms of participation.

* Leading the whole opening of the subsidiary (establishment process) * Opening new international markets as an expansion strategy of the company. * Finding companies to partner with and negotiating and closing commercial agreements with them. * Selling Digital Signage projects (hardware, software and content for hotel chains, airports, public transportation, corporate buildings...). * Management and coordination of the projects: contract agreements, project design, implementation and follow up.
