Responsible for the B2B services (Hewlett Packard) for the BENELUX. Range of products: IPAQ, desktop, laptops, designjet, laserjet, plotters etc. 115 FTE.

Managing the lead generation and sales activities (55 FTE) for the German Market. Ergonomic equipment for office employees

Set up of a new sales channel and leading the Telesalesteam for further sales / growth of profit (office products ). This in cooperation with a CRM-Center, Merchandising and Marketing.

Responsible for Customer Service, Order taking and Product support. Manager for 54 cross skilled employees. Also in different projects, f.e. merging of systems and companies, set up of new business groups and staff planning.

Supervisor for several Projects for the purpose of Opinion investigations and market research, responsible for south of the Netherlands. Set up of Hardware and installation of software. Hiring of temporary staffing and communication of the results with the clients
