• Manage a customer portfolio with the aim to maintain and grow the revenue; • Cross/Up-selling; • CRM; • Formulate and implement new strategies (Account Development Plan) to improve commercial relationships; • Responsible for all corporate sales activities (proactive and reactive customer communication) to maintain and increase revenues; • Proactive approach with incoming leads with the objective to generate new business

• Having the responsibility of the export activities of Ctrl4 Enviro to export smart-city technologies; • Doing research on the Indian smart-city market and formulate a comprehensive export plan; • Initiate the first activities to execute the export plan such as the formulation of procedures, recruiting new trainees and find potential business partners with the right profile; • Coordination of the marketing activities related to the urban solutions offered by Ctrl4 Enviro.

I was responsible for the internationalization of the Business School which includes research of the South American markets, making online advertisements, sending emails, making calls to potential new students and clients, organizing lectures for companies and furthermore, attending trade fairs at universities. Also, I have made a Marketing Communication Plan. In this plan I estimated the size of the target group overseas, look for new markets and new ways to approach these markets.
