Establishing Policies and Procedures per Wuerth requirements, implementation of PLEX ERP solution (SaaS), implementing Accounting and Costing per IFRS guidlines. Responsible for Information Technology, entire accounting, costing, internal and external reporting.

Leading and developing the accounting staff in compliance with the Wurth specific IAS guidelines. Responsible for the entire accounting, costing, reporting and control function.

Leadership role in development of a costing system for manufactured & purchased inventory. Responsible for preparation of cost ledger and monthly reports on manufacturing cost and variances. Overseeing accuracy of material, labor and overhead expenses. Prepare, assist and review customer sales quotations for accuracy and completeness in relation to cost of goods.
