I have taught courses on Design Thinking, Creative Pitching, and Lean Design, guiding young designers in UX, frontend development, and interactive projects. At the School of Arts in Bern, University of Arts HKB, and associations like Swiss Graphic Designers, I focused on equipping students with problem-solving skills. As a Representative Instructor for Interactive Media Designer (IMD), I refined the apprenticeship program to ensure curriculum relevance, high standards, and alignment with industry needs.

At LGT, I was responsible for the private banking digital experience by designing a seamless, culturally adaptive onboarding journey across EMEA and APAC. I led the design of the new innovative onboarding solution, executed a comprehensive UX strategy, and conducted cross-cultural research to ensure designs met diverse user needs. By collaborating with stakeholders and managing external agencies, I secured senior management approval and significantly enhanced client satisfaction through design.

At my startup, trivs, I handled Business Development and financial oversight, securing third-party funding, and managing corporate communication (both online and offline). As Product Owner, I led the design and UX, driving product strategy and development. My role combined strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our products met market needs while maintaining a strong financial foundation and brand presence.

As an Associated Researcher at Bern University of the Arts, I advanced design research focused on digital transformation. Collaborating with Prof. Dr. Arne Scheuermann, I developed and managed key projects, including "Digital Emotions" for SNSF's NRP 77 program. I designed projects with up to 100 participants, utilizing innovative methodologies in design research. I successfully advanced a major SNSF project to the second evaluation round and was recognized for my initiative and contributions to the field.
