Introducing an additional clearing partner for exchange traded derivatives to reduce exposure to the existing clearing partner. This project includes the analysis of the current exposure, proposing the most efficient way to introduce a new clearer, negotiations with the new clearer, changes to all involved systems (including legacy back office applications), F2B integration of the new clearer, improving the clearing processes and moving the selected positions to the new clearer.

Building a centralized pricing service for EQ Structured Products, replacing various legacy pricing applications. The service includes pricing complex structured products with internal pricing models, provision of pricing parameters to serve a range of different client profiles and inclusion of internal volatilities and market data. Provision of a pricing user interface for EQ sales.

Managing the integration of a vendor based trading system for EQ Structured Products in Asia (AG Delta Dealstation). Establishing FIX based buy side connectivity to product providers via a multi-vendor network. Connectivity to bank internal sales side and development of sale side functionality. Introduction of F2B processing capabilities for new EQ structured products (e.g. EQ Accumulators).

Managing the delivery of a vendor based FX quote managing system (based on Murex MX3) to automate the quote and order handling for FX structured products.

Establishing an IT architecture roadmap for the trading & sales business. Consulting on best practices and architectural principles.

Managing the integration of a vendor based Front to Back Office trading system (Murex MX3) for FX and Commodities (FX, FWD, Swaps, FX Derivatives, Commodities, Commodity Derivatives). Replacement of a legacy vendor system. Process optimization of all involved parties. Enabling HNIVs to electronically place request for quotes and place orders.

Managing the integration of a vendor based Front to Back Office trading system (Front Arena) for interest rates swaps and credit derivatives (Total Return Swaps, Credit Default Swaps, Equity Swaps). Replacement of a legacy vendor system. Process optimization of all involved parties. Coaching responsibility for bank internal project managers.

Managing the integration of a vendor based Treasury Back-Office System (Wallstreet Systems) into the front to back system landscape of the bank while optimizing the accounting and operations processes. Full project management responsibility for this $10m+ project. On time and within budget project delivery.
