P&L responsible for the operations of plants in: China, Korea, Japan, Chicago and Connecticut.

Responsible for the PES in NA. 3 Manufacturing facilities, sales and engineering.

Key leader accountable for directing three manufacturing facilities vertically integrated, with revenues for more of $300,000,000 per year and a materials budget of $160,000,000. Deployed Jidoka (Toyota), process to improve our quality in our outbound materials. The No.1 plant in the American continent with highest ranking in our quality audits among 32 plants globally.

Subject-matter expert tasked with directing two manufacturing companies and one returns center generating $1,200,000,000 in annual revenues. Oversaw operations at five facilities, administered $360,000,000 annual materials budget, built and led cross-functional teams, and ensured the Customer Satisfaction Index (past due), remained at 98.5% or above.
