Sizing up servers, projecting architecture and developing environment (Collectors, Postgres DB, Webview, etc).

Working on Latin America's largest telecommunication company. APM (Application Performance Management), EUM (End User Management) and infrastructure monitoring. Day to day contact and knowledge of Exalogic, NAT (network), QlikView, SAS, VMware, WebLogic and Webmethods environments to name a few.

HP Partner, working with infrastructure, business, network, storage, virtualization and service monitoring using HP’s monitoring suite (BSM ; BPM; Application Lifecycle Management; Network Node Manager I; SiteScope; Virtualization Performance Viewer; Storage Essentials; Diagnostics; Real User Management; LoadRunner), Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk and Grafana. Project planning, scope, tasks follow up and team coordination with a deep knowledge of the client’s needs and process.

Working on development factory for Banco Santander, developing, editing and documenting applications, besides of applications testing.

Working with infrastructure monitoring for Citco Bank, watching over two thousand servers distributed all across the world. Tools: Spectrum, System Center Operations Manager and Big Brother.
