Main Responsibilities: • Lead people with daily meetings avoiding issues with Safety and Quality. • Check and Improve KPIs targets with Lean Manufacturing Concept, Continuous Improvement, KATA Coaching and 5S Initiative. • Plan and Control targets as: Budget, Investments, Capital Request, Hire and Fired people, Sales and Logistics Costs and Maintenance for keeping business profitable.

• Lead people with daily meetings avoiding issues with Safety and Quality in Production, Machining, Painting and Plastic Injection. • Check and Improve KPIs of Production, Logistics and Maintenance with Continuous Improvement as: Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Energy/Power Generator/Water Reduction Costs and Try-out. • Plan and Control targets as: Budget, Investments, Capital Request, Hire and Fired people, Sales and Logistics Costs, General Maintenance and Building for keeping plant profitable.

• Lead people with daily meetings avoiding issues with Safety and Quality. • Check and Improve KPIs of Production with Continuous Improvement. • Plan and Control targets as: Production, Investments, Hire and Fired people, Sales and Logistics Costs keeping business profitable. • Coordination of Know-how transfer (Learn, Construction, Install and Approval) about Production Machines and Machining from Germany, Canada and Mexico.

• Graduation in Electrical Engineer
