Successful turnaround management of EU FMD Program through obtaining stakeholder alignment, establishing project governance, charters and metrics (budget EUR +12M): - 22 sales affiliates, 170 CMOs on boarding, 9k SKUs, 10 plants, IT systems deployment - Post go-live Hypercare, RACI matrix for business handover, Customer Service support Adviser for Russian T&T: strategy, reports, CAR/ bidding (budget EUR 10M)

Working in the central corporate group responsible for Global Projects to support the long-term growth and competitiveness of Stada manufacturing sites in close alignment with global and local functions: -Changeover program in DE, SEE and CIS (reduction of 80%) -New planning processes along with product allocation for the new Packaging Center -Participate in, and support site diagnostics and development of efficiency initiatives and network with other plants to share benchmarks/ good practices.

Responsible for local, regional and global initiatives: - Development of Global OEE Guideline and Responsible for OEE Scorecard / Action Plan reporting in EU (5 countries, 10 manufacturing sites) - Divisional leader for Tamper Evident Packing and Sandoz representative of European Generic Association - Local SME expert for Global Asset Care Strategy - Assist in the preparation and review of Capital Appropriation Requests (yearly budget USD 20 MM)
