- Participation in the renovation of the entire transport infrastructure of Rio de Janeiro former port area, encompassing 5 million square meters. (+1500 workers; budget: 2 billion Euro) - In charge of an elevated motorway removal (4,8km) and tunnels excavation (+7,5km), cost monitoring, logistic plans, and optimization of internal processes - Lead a team of 8 engineers, 2 geologists and 5 technicians. - Applied excavation techniques: Cut and Cover, NATM, Drill and Blast, jet grouting, slurry trench.

• Member of multidisciplinary team responsible for the technical feasibility study of pipeline (400km) implementation. • Accountable of budget estimates (CAPEX). • Performed technical and commercial negotiations with strategic subcontractors and suppliers. • Conducting field survey for special points. • Interaction with Client (Alliance Contract)

• Leading construction staff. (+350 workers) • Responsible for the construction of effluent treatment plants, electrical substations, water intake station and sheds for special solid waste management. • Accountable for planning, operational performance and cost management. • Interaction with design team.

• Leading construction staff (+200 workers) • Responsible for an underground subway station construction. • Accountable for construction site operational performance and cost management. • Interaction with design and automation teams. • Supported design team on project feasibility studies.
