Ensuring that products and services are in accordance to existing contractual operational commitments and service level agreements, on behalf of designated strategic and/or global multinationals customers.

Taking ownership of the technical design process, starting from the initial concept and extending through to the final implementation. Upholding a deep and comprehensive understanding of all Infonet products and services and leveraging this expertise to craft practical and feasible solutions for Infonet, especially when addressing intricate and extensive customer demands.

Customers LAN/WAN networks technical and project management support, LAN/WAN operations management and software/hardware upgrade; network backbone surveillance, faults detection and repair within the established MTTR objectives, utilizing Equant's fault isolation tools and trouble ticket system. Ability to quickly isolate problems to hardware, software, or carrier was critical.

• Project, design, implementation, administration and support of LAN/WAN network for all the Brazilian sites (about 50 locations) plus third level of support to all Latin American locations. Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN network related communications problems; planning, scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities. Operation management and software/hardware upgrade new equipment/technologies evaluation. Hiring and supervision of outside contractors.
