- Maximize the value of the product and the value of what is produced by the team (6 developers C++ and Java). - Define the vision, road map and growth opportunities. - Ultimate responsible for managing the Product Backlog and ensuring it's visible to the team, users and all stakeholders.

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures; - Establish policies that promote company culture and vision; - Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

- Responsible for the right product being delivered on or before time and under budget. - Manage multiple Customer Facing Projects towards a successful delivery using Scrum Methodology. - Maintain ROI and other business use requirements, as dictated by clients, stakeholders, and management. - Create, maintain, prioritize, and groom the Product Backlog with a team of 6-7 developers.

- Lead the different teams of the engineering department: Mechanical, Electronics and Software (9 people). - Oversee R&D budget reporting directly to the board. - Monitor and control the development of 7 new products in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams. - MELT Project manager (400K€ project developed in response to an European Space Agency project call).

Product development of the first “Made in Portugal” commercial 3D printer based on FFF technology. Set up the 3D printers seembly line (100un/month) at the premises of a subcontracting company. Developed and managed the product supply chain.

Project: Improvement of the COP in heat pump water heaters.
