Market research and consultancy. Projects include i.e.: • Postal Benchmarking Club. Coordination of the Global Post Office Retail Benchmarking Group. • Bespoke project. Analysis of strategies within the mail market for one European postal operator. My tasks included analysis of four European postal operators (postal regulations, strategy, product and services development) • Bespoke project. Due diligence of an express carrier in Central and Eastern Europe.

A member of an international project (DHL ServicePoint) cooperating closely with Inhouse Consulting. I have been involved in the business case to launch drop point solutions in Poland. Main duties included market research of the Polish express industry. Coordination of two promotion campaigns to acquire new clients (day-to-day contact with clients, assistance in their requests).

Organisation of conferences and workshops. Main activities: preparing the agenda, contact with sponsors, speakers, media partners and logistics activities during the events. Coordinator of Software Quality Assurance Management conference.

Responsibe for acquiring information about European Funds (mainly PHARE, SAPARD, ISPA, Leonardo da Vinci) and final presentation to County's Directors regarding the possible opportunities for the County.
