MMercatis is a consulting company helping clients enable their business potential through innovation, in line with new Enterprise 2.0 paradigm. I'm focused on the Business development of innovative projects: new channel management (go-to-market) approaches, HR evaluation systems, Virtual platforms for placement and R&D activities. I also serve key customers as account manager (Enterprise and University sector).

This was an entrepreneurial experience on setting up and managing a start-up company. e-tek is a service company playing the IT after-sales business. My responsibilities were to: - draw up a Business Plan (market analysis, KPI identification, financial plan); - design and implement the sale channel strategy (communication plan, lead generation); - design and implement a CRM system; - structure business operations; - manage a team I left the company after its acquisition by Next Spa in mid 2008.
