We looked the newborn murine interscutularis muscle. More than 3000 sections (60nm) were aligned using automatic and manual alignment tools. The cells in each section were semi-automatically segmented for 3D reconstruction using machine learning algorithms and manual proofreading tools. The small-scale visualisation made unprecedented analysis and interpretation possible.

We applied fMRI to study the neural feedback mechanisms in the brain of high-school students, differentiating between different types of feedback and how the brain responds to it.
