As executive taskmaster of an INTERREG-subsidized project I work on the development of digital educational resources for Dutch and German pupils (SEK II, havo/vwo bovenbouw). The educational resources are about different subjects such as politics, economics, history, language and culture in relating to The Netherlands and Germany.

SOPHIA :: AKADEMIE is an institution for educational developing. We help schools and teachers to initiate or adapt new developments in education. I give workshops related to the qualitiy of educational assessments and I coach teachers to develop their assessments skills. I also help schools to develop good exam policies and I evaluate school development processes.

As project manager I am responsible for our educational monitoring system for lower secondary education (pupil's development in skills and language proficiencies: maths, Dutch and English). As assessment expert I develop and construct language assessments (listening comprehension German, writing exams German for national examinations, upper 2nd education), give trainings and do research on testing competences of language use and the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
