Create and lead stand-alone Finance organization for EMEA region (140 FTE’s, 8 direct reports). Prepare organization for change of ownership and drive transition process. • Work on transition of Finance functions to Shared Service Center..

• Lead and further develop Finance Service Center (both regional as well as global functions). • Establish management processes, development of metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop local leadership. • Center grew from 85 to 240 FTE's in this period.

• Co-lead a team of 20 internal auditors who performed internal audits within DuPont companies. • Work on attracting internal candidates into audit, hiring external resources and placing auditors into the businesses. • Talent development

• Development of a new pension plan and pension fund. • Work with outside specialists on development of plan, negotiation with insurance companies and unions towards successful implementation.
