CEO and founder - I started the company, found the team, defined the business plan, raised funds, defined the technology architecture, managed sales and business development.

I cofounded Ireth defining the business plan and funding seed finance to develop 2 innovative products in EMSEC domain (electronic security). We successfully developed the prototypes.

Personal Main Results: fund raising of 2.250.000, debt restructuring, product development from prototype to product.

I was in charge of defining the corporate product strategy development for the government sector. I was also in charge of the partnerships. Personal Main Results: Partnership signed with Microsoft Italia, strategic marketing plan

When I started I was in charge of the definition of the technical part of all relevant quotations regarding IT security for the north west italian market. Than I was appointed as Tender Manager supervising all tenders Intesis was applying. Main result: I won Public Tender for €2 million and I successfully managed a 50 people team working on the to biggest IT italian tender worth €30 million.

I was in charge of the management of the new and first web FIAT portal for online car sales. Results: Portal Telexis www.weblinea.it (FIAT group)

While studying at University (and to pay the studies) I was working full time for the social service of the city of Torino and others ONG institutions for: support to kids with troubled families and support to drug addicts.

DES, RSA, computer security
