Managing the Research group, coordinating the activity of Three operational scientist and writing project (15 projects in progress in 2009; 6 projects submitted in 2008; 6 projects submitted in 2007; 1 projects submitted in 2006). 3 approved projects for a total of 756.000€ financed grant. 15 project under evaluation

In December 2005, University of Bologna hired me to establish the proteomic mass spectrometry services; including MS analysis, definition listing of charges, develop customers contact insource (UNIBO) and outsource (other no profit and Company), coordination of Laboratory, etc.

I worked as laboratory head of Biotrack S.r.l (http://www.biotrack.it), a proteomic company in agro-food and veterinary field. My competences in Biotrack include meeting with customers, focus customers problems, definition of scientific/technological approach and company cost prediction, redaction of technological agreement and final activity report, scientific coordination of the laboratory, laboratory staff coordination and to perform analysis.

I was appointed mass spectrometry specialist at National Cancer Institute of Tumour (Istituto Nazionale per lo Studio e la Cura dei Tumori, Milano). I spent the following three years on high throughput protein identification by MS, PTM (phosphorylation and glycosylation), protein profiling applied to biomarker discovery, especially with MALDI-TOF and SELDI-TOF technology.
