Commissioning of a new plant for aerogel production, as chemistry technician. Responsible for different stages, working with process equipment, mainly process control via DCS.

Worked on different projects: Milling and grinding: Customer production control. On-site testing of experimental products, with customers. Analysis of product grades. Particle size analysis. Recycling of solved polymers at a pilot plant: Work with critical pressures (>15bar) and temperatures (>200°C) . Process control via DCS, sampling, testing. Aerogel pilot plant: Produce Aerogel in batch process, sampling, testing.
