Coordinator of Localization Project in Saudi Arabia. Preparative phase and twinning between Italian company and Saudi Company in Italy. In Saudi Arabia for the production phase: coordinating intern employees, contractors employees until 6 units as well as managing employees of the host company until 2 supervisors and 20 employees with the target to archive 30 thousands hours and 6 trains (GT+CC) with all the necessity (planning, logistic, tools, external supplier, etc.).

Involved in Cessao Onerosa Project mainly in production planning(LT and ST), time and methods analysis and in Coordinate and support contractors. Responsible for Packaging (like final assembly) material management and for the shipment to Brazil. Massa Packaging (like final assembly) benchmark for all those involved in the project: Project managers, sourcing, logistic, warehouse operators and contractors. And I have given my contribute (for several months) also in Brazil for the final step of the project.

Careful monitoring of materials, activities and time in order to ensure OTD ex-works. Attendance to operating room: Coordinate and support contractors, Collaborate with testing operators and Packaging inspection in order to drive the completion process.

Seven-month period that allows to build personality and functional skills through analysis of inventory metrics (WIP backlog and Early Receipts), RCA and action plan in order to identify causes and corrective actions on main issues, analysis of material management issues
