TASKS: -gaining a clear understanding of the company's products; -gathering information about the company's competitors and the United Arab Emirates, Eastern Europe and Baltic States markets; -researching and developing relationships with potential clients to strengthen the company's position in the target markets; -screening prospective business deals through analyzing potential clients' needs and requirements; -procuring prospective business deals for the General Manager.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "Effects of the Heme Pigments on Fillet Colour". TASKS: -Planning experiments of applied research carried out during business trips to Dutch and Belgian slaughterhouses; -Performing statistical analysis using R (statistical package) and tests such as Anova, All subset regression, MLR, etc; -Reporting results and delivering oral presentations to company management.

TASKS: -Monitoring product quality and maintaining food certifications such as IFS, BRC, Organic Food Certification (EU standards) and ISO 9000; -Handling of customer complaints through the use of product traceability; -Operational control and supervision of Quality Control staff specialized in the analysis of product quality; -Purchasing supplies for the Quality Control office.

COURSES: -Food chemistry and nutritional analysis; -Food economy and marketing; -Food hygiene; -Food packaging and labeling. THESIS: Research project in collaboration with Martini Alimentare s.r.l. "Emerging Poultry Meat Quality Defects: White Striping and Wooden Breast".
