I'm resposnsible of the new Digital Team in Milan and I follow the delivery of the A.S. Watson Group eCommerce multichannel strategy for the european Business Units: - Coordination of the Milan team (Development, Testing and Support teams); - Planning of the delivery of new Business Units; - Planning of new releases of the Hybris based websites; - Coordinating the ongoing support for the BUs; - Communication and sponsorship with the BUs (internal clients).

For a market leader Hearing Aids retailer (Italy & Netherlands Business Units) managed a supply chain project, aiming to introduce an advances planning & replenishment tool to address the Italy and Netherlands demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment processes. My main responsibilities covered general project management, design of the solution and SW vendor coordination, managing business expectations and key users training.

For a main Italian food/non food retailer (Milan, Italy) managed the delivery of several enhancements on the information systems, in different areas: - Franchising markets: new rules for price calculation, project budget monitoring and team up to 4 consultants. - Bank: supported analysis for the implementation of a new DataWarehouse on Oracle basis - Supplier rebate management: several business requests implemented, with a project team up to 8 consultants
