Scrum Master / Agile Coach Collaborating within the International IT Stores department for two different product developments with multi-cultural teams. Actively facilitating tools to the Aldi's Agile Community. My goal is to accelerate the teams with Strategic Agile Practices in order to excel performance, and improve the competitiveness of ALDI by focus on business value delivery.

PM pf critical IBM application system with 15000 users, that supports Quote to Cash business process. Managed a wide list of stakeholders from different organizational levels, different countries, internal and external (vendors). The framework methodology I used for this project was an hybrid conformed by traditional PM processes and Agile practices. My contribution was not just limited to new developments.

Leading 3 global teams with members from US, Brazil, India and Mexico. End-to-end teams providing on-going operation support and business transformation development. Financial budget planning and forecasting. Managing stakeholder communication and alignment of expectations. Simplifying business process thru IT innovations. Have leaded several initiatives to simplify processes and increase velocity of delivery and reduction of compliance requirements.

Global role with main focus in audits and compliance of IT Security Standards, Privacy and Data Protection (PI/SPI), Business Continuity, Separation Of Duties (SOD), finance accountability (SOX) audits and annual budget planning.

I built cooperation programs with other PMI chapters from Latin America to provide more value to the Chapter's members. Also helped to consolidate the Chapter in the Latin American region.

Volunteer at PMI Guadalajara Chapter collaborating with a great team of professionals in project management. I was leading the operations team conformed by 12 enthusiastic members always looking to provide the best experience to the Chapter's members thru the social media, webpage, organization of monthly conference and newsletter.

• Implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO). Owner of the portfolio/project management software of the company. Functional support to all users and managing backlog improvements list. • Alignment of the projects into the business strategy. Prioritization of portfolio’s projects based on ROI and Business Impact. • Participate in the implementation of CMMI for Services Maturity Level 2.
