- Market research of the assigned areas (EMEA & Latinoamerica). - Propose and implement plans to obtain new international customers. - Visit potential distributors/partners and customers in the assigned areas. - Negotiate commercial terms, set sales targets and action plans with partners. - Launch and monitor commercial offers. - Serve customers in both the pre and post-sales phase. - Provide market information to the company for product decision-making. - Attend trade fairs.

- Build, develop and motivate a team of 3 people. - Implement new features and filters to make it easier for users to find what they want. - Improve indexation options and get more visibility for Google Search Engine. - Manage the structure of the site by creating new categories, better ways of sorting products, etc. - Monitor KPIs and solve any problems.

- Analyzing games to determinate the abilities and competences kids could develop with them. - Creating the services to offer in schools and the CV database. - Prepare the marketing mix plan and all fliers, merchandising, etc. - Market research of schools in the area and their needs. - Interview and contract monitors to execute the services. - Control and motivate the employees. - Manage all financial duties with school and employees.
