I'm now running the fully established sister company to UK Service Evolution Ltd in Sweden - Service Evolution AB.

Since February 2008 I'm working as a Director of Operations, Sweden and I am responsible to establish UK Service Evolution Limited in Sweden. We are an automotive consulting company working within the PLM and warranty reduction sectors (REAP Methodology). As of May 2008 we are more than 30 employees in the UK and are consulting and working for a number of multinational automotive OEM's. In Sweden we have just started to employ people, and is looking forward to employ more people within the next few months.

I was responsible (as customer) for the management and strategies of the implementation of a Content Management system used by a large OEM in Europe to deploy engineering methods to the whole engineering community (including off-site suppliers). My responsibilities involved all aspects of the project including finances, team management, requirements, assessment of demands and support for both the customer and team.

Working as a System Architect meant great responsibility on keeping track and focus on upcoming customer challenges and working towards strategic planning of the software development based on both internal, but also customer requirements. But also in combination with hands-on development work. Primary work was the large-scale Content Management System I was playing a key role in the initial development. The system was used by some of the world most respectful Automotive clients.

As software developer I was responsible for application development in a wide range of languages, including Visual Basic and Java using J2EE. Development was focused on an enterprise content management system used within the automotive industry around the world, primarily focused on Web Based Training, but also including the complexity offered by enterprise content management.
