I am production manager in one of the biggest plant for emission product technology, my direct responsibility is for autonomous productions unite of 150 people, which is focusing to produce bend tube, make forming and pressing of the tube, welding manual and with robot cell + full automatically line for tube bending and forming. My current task like production manager is to share my personal knowledge of Jishuken TOYOTA way to other production unite and let them to be self runner.

I am maintenance manager responsible for complete plant + 2JIT plant in Slovakia. Under maintenance are complete services for all technical equipment in the plant + Facility management.

I am Quality manager of the mother plant Bakov nad Jizerou + 2 JIT in Slovakia (Zilina for KIA and Trnava for PSA). The mother plant is producing exhaust systems for 21 OEM. Quality department have 24 people.

I start like quality engineer and after 3 years I get the position of Quality manager. Big challenge was to prepare the complete company for certification according ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
