Team leader of the Finance & Legal practice, reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities of a senior consultant (as described below) and additional manager responsibilities: - people management and internal rectruitment; - team targets; - Business Development responsibilities; - client related troubleshooting.

As recruiter: Managing all phases of recruitment process incl. candidate sourcing using on- and offline tools, interviewing, candidates guiding, reference checking, skills assessment and presentation of suitable profiles. As account manager: Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with some key ENG and GER speaking clients from the field of finance and legal services. As business developer: Active client acquisition, development of existing client portfolio, cross-selling activities.

Research support to the German and Polish team. Being responsible for the candidate side of the recruitment process including candidate sourcing and management, head hunting, prescreening, interviewing and reference checking. Telephone acquisitions and development of company activities in the two assigned regions.
