- Headcount and Staff costs budgeting, controlling & reporting - for HQ (in English), updating internal compensation policy, maintaining benefits programmes and salary reviews - Consulting employees on labour law questions, internal policies and procedures, new employees onboarding - Full support of Social Responsibility Charity programme (communication with charity fund, hospital, programme members, employees etc)
