Own and operate Vaimo's managed hosting platform: multi-cluster Kubernetes on Google Cloud (10+ GKE clusters) running high-traffic Adobe Commerce storefronts for enterprise brands across Europe. Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD (GitOps). Observability (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Loki), incident response and root-cause analysis, multi-tenant Cloudflare edge (WAF, bot mitigation). Built the Puppet/Ansible automation behind the previous 1500+ server datacenter and helped migrate it to GKE. Agentic AI tooling for ops.

One-person engineering studio serving a small portfolio of long-term clients: full-stack web development, systems architecture, and API design. End-to-end ownership of every layer, from DNS, hosting and TLS through to application code. Part-time alongside the Vaimo role.

Built internal developer tooling: local Magento development environments, deployment tools for shipping Magento from developer machines into Vaimo's VM infrastructure, and set up and maintained the Jenkins CI platform.

Led technical operations at Vaimo's ~30-person Vietnam office: onboarded the engineering team onto Vaimo's tooling, workflows, and delivery practices.

Technical lead on Magento 1 and Magento 2 delivery: solution architecture, code review, and technical decision-making across client e-commerce projects.

Managed three development teams (~25 developers) delivering e-commerce projects for brands including Helly Hansen, Bauhaus, JC, Kaubamaja & Selver, and Lecot: architecture, code reviews, delivery planning, and mentoring.

First role at Vaimo and first team lead position: hands-on Magento 1 development on e-commerce projects for Nordic and international brands, moving from senior developer into leading a delivery team.
