I am Team leader for two different teams; a Software developer team and a IT-Operations team (System Administrators and Helpdesk). The teams are international and located in two countries.

Scrum Master for three different Scrum teams, responsible for the company's range of in-house developed systems.

Project manager, Scrum master and test manager at Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. I was managing several parallel projects, covering all phases. Managing budgets as well as 10-20 resources. Strict deadlines were met, despite limited time and resources. Projects were run according to agile principles and I was also being Scrum master for one of my teams. My role as Test Manager involved managing acceptance testing. During the assignment, I also introduced a test strategy.

In charge of common functions and processes of the internet bank. Managing the security solution, insurance products and the mobile solution. I was leading and planning the daily and long term activities for my teams. Each team included 4-6 resources from different competences. My role included project management, requirement analysis, test management, system management, Scrum master and Application management according to ITIL. Software development was run according to agile principles

Managing the portals providing car credits and leasing in Sweden and Denmark. The role included coordinating the business areas in Sweden and Denmark, including close interaction with the System owners. I was responsible for implementing business requirements in the system, leading and planning the activities of a team of developers, testers and product specialists. My role included project management, requirement analysis, test management, system administration.

The role involved coordinating web development at the internet bank. I was responsible for standards and guidelines regarding web development, coordinating web development between the different business areas, planning resources for projects and other system activities, release planning and prioritizing requirements from different business areas.

Programming Skandiabanken internet and mobile bank, mainly in the business areas Banking and Securities. Techniques used: ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL, XML, ASP, VB, HTML

Developer in various projects using Microsoft technique. Programming in ASP och VB. I was also taking part in requirement analysis, procurement and offers.

Development of a web based system for online stock trading. Programming in java.

Developer of BancTecs products for case management. Programming in C++ and VB.
