Preparation of tender, contract documents and bill of quantities for hotels and resorts projects in Dubai and Abudhabi. Responsible for information reports to architects as well as the modification of the bill of quantities according to received addendum. Responsibilities also included site visits during the tender to ensure compliance.

Teaching the basic features of Autodesk Revit on how to use the 3D parametric design tools for creating and analysing a project and completing with construction documentation and design visualisation in addition to Acquiring regular feedback and tests from participants to ensure teaching standard is met.

Review and analysis of project contract terms and specifications of commercial and residential projects including quantity surveying of building material during tender, peparations of bill of qantities for submission, and procurement and purchasing.

Involved in the development of several projects with the architectural team from planning, designing, up to preparing 3D model presentations for clients. Designs included private villas, building facades and commercial buildings.

Graduation bachelor research and design thesis: Design of Talents & Social Development Center (Note 95%) which was selected as the best architectural project and presented in the Sharjah annual scientific research forum 2014.
