• Project Management: preparation of implementation of new Training Management System “Ecadia” • Guidelines in how to establish the new system • Structuring of authorizations and qualifications • Close collaboration with all departments of the company

• Support start-up-scouting: responsible for identification, establishment of contracts, evaluation and preparation of related documents and information • Organization and participation of follow-up calls with potential project partners • Preparation of stakeholder workshop: categorizing strategy partners

• Development of a concept for the induction of new administrative staff at all international base maintenance locations • Development of a first process draft • Development and updating of international training material • Regular collaboration with colleagues at all international locations • Participating in overseas telephone conferences and training
