Maria Sushkova

I worked with the project team on Mayo Medical School expansion project. I performed planning activities, including resource planning, schedule development, cost budgeting and risk identification. I helped identify the project requirements and was focused on different elements that make up the course baseline such as - identifying the course schedule, - determining the required skill sets for faculty members, - estimating the time faculty are engaged with students.

My responsibilities included - consulting clients and colleagues from sales department about Citrix about ThinPrint software; - estimating and increasing sales; - communicating with international vendors; - translating instructions, brochures and articles about software products from English into Russian.

Successfully completed 13 courses. Internship in project management at Mayo Medical School. Developed a business strategy for Winona Volunteer Services as a final project. Graduated with a 3.8 GPA.
