- Monitoring Crime Prevention Model (CPM) - Monitoring the Regulatory Compliance Programme (RCP) - Identifying risks and implementing processes to mitigate them - Reviewing and maintaining regulatory processes

Responsible for timely processing of bank transaccions, customer service and operations, product sales support, responsible for everyday balance, customer advice, deposit in client´s accounts, payments, bank transfers.

Support to the Direction, market research, assistance in the study of the situation of the centre and analysis of the results together with the Director and the multidisciplinary team, active participation in meeting´s preparation, collaboration with the Commercial Department, functions of employee management and selection, person of contact for foreign patients and relatives.

Legal research through jurisprudence and doctrine, drafting legal documents and claims, corporate and individual advice on tax regulations, assistance with tax compliance, support to the lawyers with tax proceedings, indirect and direct taxes

Support to the Attorney, administrative collaboration, drafting and writing demands, assistance to the Attorney when attending Court, legal research, preparing standard form documents.
