Creating technical specifications of new functionality for ABAPers; • Development team leading; • System defects and issues investigation and analyzing, fixing defects; • SAP Implementation Program administration; • Management of payments from Client and to Partners, preparing program documentation, T&M projects timesheets and budgets controlling.

• SAP implementation project management based on CMMI/PMI methodology; • Preparing of project contract, project budget planning and management, CPS planning and management of plans to achieve deliverables, negotiations with clients, customer facing, reporting to stakeholders, people management, tracking project issues and actions, ensuring actions are completed on time. • Coordinating of work up to 10 project team members depended on a project stage.

Creating requests for development/change based on customers requirements; • Business-process analysis, consulting customers on MM area, collecting and analyzing new requirements; • System defects and issues investigation and analyzing, fixing defects; • Training and technical support of key users; • Creating solution documentation and manuals; • Working on all projects stages based on PMI methodology.

Suggesting the ways of the processes optimization and improvement; • Project administration/Project management; • Rules of regulation, instructions, job responsibilities descriptions creation; • Creation of requirements and specifications for Information Systems changes and development (for internal IT department specialists and for external developers).

• Warehouse business-processes optimization analysis; • Performing responsibilities related to warehouse complexes restructuring: storage cells necessary quantity calculation scheme, constructions and types of shelves for storage cells identification, warehouse planning, loaders and bar-code equipment arrangement; Additional responsibilities: • Logistics Solutions seminar organization; • Providing recruitment process responsibilities.
