• Responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment, from gathering candidates’ requirements to present them to the internal clients and offer process • Collaborate closely with local HR to ensure the best service delivery • Collaborate in Recruitment Regional projects within the Talent Acquisition Team (i.e. armonization of processes)

•Gather recruitment needs and candidates requirements from internal clients. •Screening resumes and applications for suitability, conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal, provide CV sort list to internal client upon the eligibility criteria provided and prepare final candidate offer. •Identity and analyse recruitment KPI´s.

•Talent development: prepare a job descriptions reference book which include Corporate and Subsidiaries positions of the main Business Unit, collaborate in the organization of the annual Civil Explosives “Top Talent” meeting. •Internal communication: organize induction sessions for new comers, elaborate corporate manuals (training, recruitment) •Training: identify training needs, plan and organize a range of training activities •Recruitment

•Identify key universities and business schools for junior recruitment processes and build network with them. •Prepare and attend to employment fairs in order to attract the best talent. •Develop Employer Branding activities such as corporate presentations, conferences and relationships with external suppliers (Infojobs, Job&Talent, Xing, etc.). •Weekly welcome sessions for newcomers. •Elaborate an Internal Employer Branding Manual and translate it into English.
