Organise domestic and international equipment transportation,complete import/export documentation ,confirmation with the name of product &Hs Code for Import and export clearance, Prepare the export packing list and invoice for the CUSTOMS,confirmation the B/L; Contact with forward for container booking after confirm with supplier about product quantity and size ,supervise and guide packing of equipment according to the company standard for long distance sea/air transport at supplier,

Primary responsibilities in quotation and booking for export cargos, application for special containers, coordination of onland freights, confirmation of cargo loadings and sea freight cost, report of vessel profile; Application for free time of demurrage and B/L predating, preparation of shipping documentation; Contact regular clients and develop the new customers to ensure completion of the monthly sales which establish by the company.
