Managing projects from the planning stage all the way through to implementation, closing and maintenance, including interacting with software vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the project meets deadlines. Engaged in system testing in the UAT environment and liaising with Software vendors regarding software deployments before releases are moved to production. Collaboration with teams to identify inefficiencies in processes. Taking these inefficiencies and developing solutions to reduce errors.

Identifying efficiencies in processes and developing solutions to reduce error and create time savings. Delivering training workshops to teams, to allow them to more efficiently use available tools. Working with end users to deliver solutions to enable them to work from home. Interacting with software vendors in regards to new releases, issues and enhancements.

Involved in automation projects using Python and command line scripting. Undertaking the backup / creation / patching of the database. Troubleshooting database issues. Managing project source code, creating documentation and instructions.

Led automation efforts with the development of VBA programs to reduce manual tasks. Assisted with a change in accounting software and helped to utilize existing resources by adapting it to function with the new software. Acting as a point of expertise for Junior Team Members and for Clients. Involved in account and fee reconciliations

Assisting with the preparation of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and reports of both daily, weekly and monthly funds. Calculating and processing income and expense accruals including fee calculations and trading accruals. Conversing and liaising with internal service departments to resolve miscellaneous fund issues.

Daily processing of trades, cash, income and expenses. Calculation of the Net Asset Value of a fund. Processing and reviewing of various accounting transactions.
