Elaboration of Transport concepts in early project stages. Definition of Transport and Installation requirements, sourcing and managing of corresponding sub-contractors. Technical Transport and Installation lead for BorWin 7 subsea cable (offshore segment).

Elaboration of stowage plans, rigging arrangements, lifting scenarios and seafastening concepts for heavy project cargo. Creation of required calculations and method statements according to international and local laws, standards and guidelines. Implementation of method statements on site as Supercargo/Port Captain.

Managing HSEQ tendering activities, including providing the required information and completing RFQ's from clients Managing HSEQ requirements for projects within SAL, preparation and implementation of Project HSEQ Plans Preparing/attending/chairing risk assessments & HAZID's and managing required follow up activities Preparing and attending vessels for external suitability surveys according to OVID/CMID Standard and client specific requirements

Dualer Student mit Haupttätigkeit in der Planung- sowie Realisierung von Logistikprojekten im Rostocker Seehafen sowie landesweit. Neben der Durchführung von Tätigkeiten im Controlling (insbesondere Nachkalkulationen), bestand meine Hauptaufgabe in der Implementierung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach Vorgabe der DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 sowie der schlussendlichen Zertifizierung des Unternehmens durch Bureau Veritas.
