- Develop new features and solutions for Microgrids - Verify standard requirements for Microgrids - Create simulations using Microgrid solutions based in customer needs

- Analyze real grid scenarios to identify typical grid topologies and support a Secondary Distribution Automation solution with a modular design. - Evaluate the Self Optimizing Grid solution, by testing it. - Analyze the Self Optimizing Grid solution for two different markets (Brazil and Germany) to guarantee the fulfillment of the local requirements in the light of standardization process. - Evaluate the cost benefit of the final solution (before and after solution implementation).

- Communicate the Secondary Distribution Automation devices with the DEMO Project software. - Test earth-fault faults and analyze the system response, by correcting errors in the DEMO Project software. - Create procedure for using the DEMO Project software. - Identify possible mistakes in the hardware design of the DEMO Panel.

- Develop, maintain and monitor customer requirements - Moderate Risk Management workshops - Ensure project interfaces towards the respective Siemens Environmental, Health & Safety - Report KPIs - Guarantee PDCA cycle for continous improvement of the projects and area - Apply Lean Methodology in Engineering Process.

- Support in process application and tools (planning, documentation, quality, non-conformance, risks and opportunities) in projects. - Monthly follow up of the internal or external suppliers' work packages. - Follow training and operational job on the internal interfaces (engineering, supply chain, logistics, and Field service). - General support on projects, helping the Project Manager.

- Apply voltage source control using the GPIB technology, learning about ADSL technology. - Develop applications of object oriented and GUI (Graphic User Interface) using MATLAB. - Develop Studies in quality, simulation, measurements and analysis in power transformers.

- Data Acquisition and Analysis for Residential Electricity expenditure. - Report and Measure Service. - Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals.
