Working closely with Front Office I deal with the active management of the financial exposure of the group arising from Energy formulas indexation (Swaps and options derivatives combined explicitly with physical positions to serve as a hedge).

Among the quantitive analysis conducted by the Unit, I was in charge of using data from the customer database to develop analyses of customers by means of statistical methods. Moreover I learned how to manage processes related to the release of the commercial campaigns and how to track the results of marketing initiatives and producing reports.
