I’m responsible of full project lifecycle management and the focal point and contact person for the client’s management team for business choices support, functional solution design, project status report, project risk assessment etc. I also dealt with business development activities supporting sales and marketing department during meetings with customers, while also attending workshops and conferences.

As senior consultant and team leader I have been responsible for requirements and process analysis, process design and modelling, team management, training and incentive related issues, where the team included in-house and external, as well as international human resources. The experience accrued has enabled me to become fully knowledgeable about the utilities market and relating regulations, and about operational processes, with a focus on billing and metering procedures.
