Successfully launched and implemented an innovation platform that uses crowd-sourcing to promote multi-departmental innovative solutions. Founded the Innovation Coaches group, with the objective of creating ambassadors for the innovation culture inside the company. Supervised our victorious participation for an Innovation Award granted by the government. Manage more than 10 simultaneous projects, some with global collaboration (including external partners) while still carrying out own projects.
